After an initial intake, you’ll receive a personalised plan that’s designed to help you meet your goals.

Quality Life's 3-step Online Coaching Plan:

Step 1 - Intake and Goal Setting

You’ll receive an intake form from us via email. Your goals will be set based on the information you supply.

Step 2 - Plan of Attack

A ‘plan of attack’ will be created that is based on your goals and the following aspects:

  • Nutritional coaching.
  • Lifestyle management.
  • Creating a training schedule.
  • Explanation of training methods.
Step 3 - Coaching as you Progress

Now that you have all of the information you need, you can get to work.

  • You can ask unlimited questions via email. With virtual coaching we offer the possibility to ask any questions you need about the training, lifestyle and nutritional information we’ve provided.
  • Take a video of yourself whilst you’re training. If you send it to us via email we will review the footage to check your technique and give you feedback and tips to improve your performance.
