About the Shape Project

The Shape Project is designed to help you get into the best shape of your life! The project takes 3 months during which you’ll work on 3 aspects of your lifestyle.

Every week you’ll spend 2 sessions with one of our personal trainers to work on your fitness and increase your metabolism. At the same time, you’ll be given a nutrition plan that will teach you how to eat healthily to suit your new lifestyle.

The following applies when you take part in the Shape Project:

  • This offer includes 8 personal training sessions per month.
  • Lessons can be moved up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
  • Lessons that have been postponed are valid up until 6 months after the start date of your training.
  • Online coaching is valid for 3 months from the date of starting the Shape Project.
  • Payment is settled through monthly invoice.
